Lucia Lebon moved to Arrowhead in 1997, from the Chicago suburbs and hasn’t looked back. After receiving her MBA from DePaul University in Chicago and working 12 years for Kraft Foods, Inc. Lucia gave up the fast pace corporate world to work as a Flight Attendant for United Airlines, then discovered the grandeur of the Colorado wilderness as home. “I consider Arrowhead my home and truly love the small mountain community lifestyle.”

When not in the office, Lucia enjoys riding her horse “Peppers” over the beautiful Colorado mountains or cross-country skiing with her dogs running along side. Of course, sitting by her stone fireplace, enjoying the mountain view with her husband, Will, is an excellent way to spend some quality mountain time as well.
